The Company CEFAM SA - Fabrications ATLAS, first French manufacturer of scissors lifting tables, well known for the quality of its equipments, has gathered together the Engineering department and the workroom technicians with their know-how to build up its.

This model has been entirely conceived and assembled at the registered office of our factory in SAINTES (France), in the strict compliance with the rules of manufacture and safety requirements imposed by the European directive machines 98/37 EC and the standard lifting table EN 1570.
Its design always remains in the same spirit of reliability and robustness which make for many years the reliable name of Fabrications ATLAS.

The super low profil lifting table ATLAS is delivered complete in working order (contrary to other competitors who propose in option the power supply protection), always equipped with the electrical control chest forecasted to be directly linked to the 400 Volts–50 Hz outside feeding (or on request 230 Volts–50 Hz).

The ATLAS SUPER LOW PROFIL new conceiving and the adapted means of production allow us to make profit our customers from a significant fall of the costs.

The super low profil lifting table ATLAS, model EB, is specially conceived to lay directly on the ground without civil engineering and to allow the loading/unloading by a transpallet

• Lifting capacity from 500 to 1500 daN
• The rectangular shape lifting table, model EB allows the loading of all models of pallets in low position from an access ramp.
• The U shape lifting table, model EBU, allows the loading, without an access ramp, of pallets without belts (for example the "europe" pallet)
• The E shape lifting table, model EBE, is equipped with a central part recommended in the case of heavy loads or light pallets without belts.

THE EXTRAS from ATLAS

The electrical control chest and the connections punctiliously abide the electrical standard EN 60204-1 which are of obligatory application :

• protection through disconnecting switch and circuit breaker of the main feeding equipped with a locked outside control.
• Protection by fuses of the primary circuit and the secondary circuit.
• A "punch type emergency stop" button on the push-buttons box operates on the power circuit and the control circuit.

All the articulations are assembled on self-lubricating rings, without maintenance.

All the equipments and the safety parts comply with :

• the European directive machines 98/37 EC
• the standard lifting table EN 1570

  • a lifting device directly placed under the load,
  • a strongly built and steady building,
  • a safety frame placed under the platform perimeter which stops the lowering in case of obstacle,
  • "pleated type" safety bellows extra to the safety frame (option),
  • Up – Down controls by double pedal with a safety cover (option).
